A formal meeting was called by the VC sir Prof. Arupjyoti Choudhury, Madhabdev University, Narayanpur, Lakhimpur, for discussing regarding the forthcoming Workshop on "Deori History Writing" and the Deori Study Circle to be inaugurated at the University campus. Along with VC the meeting was attended by registrar, academic registrar and the dean of the Research and Methodology deptt from Madhabdev University and Oban Deori, Chief Secretary, Deori Sahitya Sabha (DSS), Lila Deori, Chairman, Research Committee, DSS, Probin Kr. Deori, Ex. Chief Secretary, DSS, Kiraanban Deori, Ex. Chief Secretary, DSS, Jayanta Deori, Joint Secretary, DSS, Monimohan Deori, Magazine Secretary, DSS and Navajyoti Deori, Member Research Committee, DSS, represented from the Deori Sahitya Sabha. The meeting discusses in detail on the SOP of the workshop and fixed 13th December/2024 for the workshop to be held at Madhabdev University in collaboration with the Deori Sahitya Sabha and on the same day the Deori Study Circle will be inaugurated at the Madhabdev University Campus.
