The Deori Language Learning Center at Dibrugarh town was inaugurated by Dy. Chief Executive Member of DAC, Bhaskar Deori, on 15-September-2024. The inaugural function was attended by President DCC, Dr.Saranan Deori, Dibrugarh Deori Unnayan Samity cum Joidaam Mechu President Dr.Juganta Kumar Deori along with Rtd. Professor from Delhi college of Engineering Dr.Kunjalata Deori among other intellectuals from Dibrugarh and Vivekananda kendra. TLM distributed among the learners of the center.
